Abstract
As the casino industry embraces digital transformation, cloud-native casino management systems (CMS) have emerged as a critical enabler of scalable, secure, and intelligent operations. This paper presents a comprehensive framework for modernizing CMS platforms using cloud-native technologies, including microservices, serverless computing, container orchestration, and edge computing. These architectures enhance operational agility, real-time analytics, and cost efficiency while supporting multi-property scalability. The study explores the integration of machine learning models and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to personalize player engagement and optimize casino floor operations. Infrastructure-as-code (IaC), dynamic resource scaling, and platform interoperability are analyzed as key enablers of rapid deployment and system resilience. Regulatory compliance and cybersecurity are examined through the lens of Zero Trust architecture, encryption protocols, and automated auditing tools. By aligning cloud-native technologies with the operational and regulatory complexities of the gaming sector, this paper provides actionable insights for architects, IT leaders, and regulators aiming to build secure, adaptive, and data-driven casino ecosystems.
