Abstract

This publication was developed under an appointment of the corresponding guest editor of Annals of Operations Research—Special Issue: Applications of Operations Research and Data Science in Disrupting Illicit Markets and PI (Michel FATHI) to the DHS Summer Research Team Program for Minority Serving Institutions, administered for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) by the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE) through an interagency agreement between DHS and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). ORISE is managed by Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU) under DOE contract number DE-SC0014664. This document has not been formally reviewed by DHS.
