Abstract

Financial analysis refers to analysis of financial performance evident from financial statements, of a concern. Financial analysis is the process of identifying the financial strengths and weakness of the firm by properly establishing relationship between the items of the balance sheet and the profit and loss account. The financial analysis comprises of liquidity analysis, solvency analysis, profitability analysis, activity analysis and so on. Different types of stakeholders are interested in this analysis to take judicious decision.
