 Lead Backlog Refinement Session with Product Owner and Scrum Team to refine the User Stories, Prioritize the user stories using SPIDR in the product backlog using MoSCoW Technique according to the Project Roadmap and worked on Spike Stories by analyzing feasible techniques with SME's to execute it in future sprints  Created detailed Wireframes, Mockups and presented it to the stakeholders to sign-off the gathered UI/ UX requirements.  Proactively facilitated all Ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement Sessions  Assisted the scrum team in the Demonstration of the developed software in Sprint Review Session with the Product Owner and Stakeholders to ensure that the system functionality is thoroughly tested within project timescales to determine it as a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).  Facilitated a sprint retrospective session to understand scrum team satisfaction and figure out better ways to meet the sprint goals by conducting an Agile Retrospective Games  Collaboratively worked with the RTE in the SOS meetings in understanding the technical dependencies and implementations of project features.  Managed the elicited Requirements on Confluence to deliver better Traceability and Communication with stakeholders throughout the Project Lifecycle.
