I am bearing a multidisciplinary academic background and diverse professional experiences in psychology, education, counselling, research, and data science to contribute. I hold a PhD (Pursuing) in Psychology from Shoolini University, Himachal Pradesh, alongside two Master’s degrees in Psychology and History from IGNOU, complemented by a B.Ed. and PG Diplomas in Counselling & Guidance and Computer Applications. My academic record reflects consistency and dedication, achieving distinctions in multiple courses, and I have qualified national teaching eligibility exams such as CTET, OTET, and OSSTET. Professionally, I have been actively involved in teaching, counselling, and career mentorship since 2017 at institutions such as, R.S. Tutorial, and Mastermind Career Academy. Additionally, as Co-Owner of IndiaPsychoTech, I have guided students in research methodology, synopsis development, and SPSS data analysis both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. I possess robust research and analytical skills, with proficiency in SPSS, JAMOVI, Origin, Excel, and qualitative tools such as MAXQDA. I am well-versed in reference management (Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote) and bibliometric tools including VOSviewer, CiteSpace, and Bibliometrix. My recent publications and a patent granted by the Government of India reflect my commitment to academic innovation and scholarship. I have actively participated in more than ten national and international faculty development programmes and workshops on academic writing, e-content development, projective techniques, and the NEP 2020 framework. Furthermore, I am a life member of the Bharatiya Counselling Psychology Association and the Counsellors Council of India with National Carrer Service by Govt of INDIA. I am confident that my passion for psychology and education, coupled with my technical expertise and commitment to holistic student developmen. I look forward to the opportunity of contributing as a dedicated educator, researcher, and mentor.
