Within this company, I led transformative initiatives in Health Plan Management, taking projects from concept to execution. I revamped Star quality measures, introduced metrics for SUPD and Opioids, and refined Star adherence processes. My pivotal role in implementing the SDLC process ensured a Stars product line migration with 100% business uptime. Leveraging Stars data sources, I automated processes, demonstrated proficiency in SDLC processes, and contributed to successful projects like PharmMD’s Medispan. I also drove innovation through performance tuning, SQL optimization, and cloud migration.
