With over 3.5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS AN ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGY AND PATHOLOGY, I bring strong expertise in laboratory operations, academic teaching, and curriculum delivery. I have taught human physiology, pathology, microbiology, and related subjects using creative, student-centered pedagogies to strengthen both theoretical understanding and hands-on skills. I successfully designed and established four laboratories—biochemistry, microbiology, pathology, and anatomy—at iLEAD College, Kolkata, and coordinated internships, observerships, MoUs, and industrial visits with leading diagnostic centers and hospitals. I now serve as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Allied Healthcare & Science at JAIN University. Additionally, I contribute academically as an Examiner at MAKAUT, a question paper setter at KNU, and a reviewer for Brainware University and NSEIT.
