This involve identifying trends, patterns, and correlations in the data that can inform business decisions and strategies. ● Logical Data modeling created class diagrams and ER diagrams and used SQL queries to filter data within the Oracle database. ● Performed Data Analysis and data manipulation of source data from SQL snowflake and other data structures to support the business organization. ● Identify and assess potential risks related to system functionality, integration, or regulatory compliance and collaborate with the team to mitigate those risks. ● Oversee the integration of the LTCI system with other healthcare systems, ensuring seamless data exchange between insurance platforms, healthcare providers, and third-party systems. ● Collaborate with quality assurance (QA) teams to develop test cases and validate that the system functions according to business requirements. ● Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the final system aligns with stakeholder needs and business objectives. ● Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring system success and business outcomes. ● Work with data analysts and business intelligence teams to design reporting tools that provide valuable insights into insurance claims, patient care, and operational efficiencies. ● Ensure that the system can generate reports to assist with decision-making for insurance providers, patients, and regulatory bodies. ● Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users such as insurance agents, healthcare providers, and claims administrators. ● Assist with the change management process by helping staff adapt to new processes and systems, ensuring a smooth transition during system implementation.
