S. Jegathesh Kumar is a UGC-Junior Research Fellow conducting research in Criminology at the University of Madras. His research focuses on IUU Fishing and other Blue crimes. He holds a master’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Madurai Kamaraj University. He has also held an academic position at a leading institution in Madurai.
