Maosa Robert is a consultant with Binatech Office Solutions limited and holds MSc. in Leadership and Governance and a BSc. Public Administration and Leadership, Diplomastage II in Electrical Engineering Power Option, Certificate in Computer Maintenance and Repairs and currently undertaking a Doctorate in Political Science at Moi University For the past one and half years, I have worked as a consultant on different fronts ranging from Corporate Leadership and Governance supporting Board and Senior Management to institute corporate governance systems and structures, Monitoring and Evaluation, Electronic software &hardware and Electrical Maintenance and Repairs majoring in Office Automation throughout the country and East Africa in general. As a Lecturer, am currently lecturing at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology Kisii CBD where I am training many leaders at all levels of management and leadership positions. I also lecturer at Maasai Mara University and my major focus is on Public Policy Administration, Political and Professional Leadership, Governance among others. I have interests in nurturing young talents and future leaders for this country. I have always been enthusiastic about shaping the future in the generations of tomorrow through career coaching, motivational speaking and talent incubation. I am known to possess a flexible character with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communicational skills. Ipossess a high degree of motivation and initiative with a track record of delivering to demanding timescales and responding well to pressure situations. I have extensive work experience in various fields of corporate communications from client and agencys side varying from offline to online projects inclusive of artwork and publications production, social media and network, public relations, events coordination, public speaking, and branding. I am looking forward to work in dynamic and challenging environment that will enable me to utilize my strengths in interpersonal skills, excel and contribute towards the organizations growth and development.As an employee of your organization, I would be competent, punctual and most of all ensure that I maintain a positive attitude so as to achieve the set objectives of the organization.
