 Design and development of Hood assembly o Concept design of hood system i.e., Hood frame, Hood Skin Reinf, Striker Reinf, hinge Reinf. o Mater Layout creation (Ped Safety zones etc.) o Co-ordination with the cross functional team members and suppliers for feasibility study o Hood Frame lift confirmation and optimization study

 Design and Development of Crash Structure, Seat Cross Member, Suspension Tower, Roof rails, wheel housing structure, QTR body structure, B-Pillar structure  Manufacturing feasibility of the body parts coordination with suppliers  Joining technique defined for Crash structure, seat structural member, underbody structure & suspension structure with the interfacing parts.  Preparation of System Design Specification for the various systems in BIW adhering to Mahindra Product Development System (Underbody, Body side & Roof, Cargo).  Design & Development of BEAM Model o Benchmarking of sections, Optimization of the section for the required load cases based on CAE feedback  Ergonomic design & seat layout preparation  Floor structure design for indirect gear shift mechanism of transmission on front floor
