Scheduling the dates for interviews, checking for availabilities, sending meeting invites to interviewers which includes JD, Resume, Focus areas and time slots, Venue details. Maintaining employee resume details and related trackers Handling recruitment activities like sourcing, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking, Follow-ups and conducting first round of interview (for external resources). Follow up and Collection of feedbacks from the interviewer Interacting with companys HR personnel and understanding their manpower requirements Preparing and maintaining reports as per requirements Acting as a catalyst between the interviewer and the candidate by means of coordinating the interview process. Follow up with the candidates with respect to offer confirmations and other joining formalities

Handled complete Recruitment Life Cycle Sourcing, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking, Follow-ups, HR interviews. Account Management (Sending short listed resumes to Clients & getting feedbacks from the clients, Interacting with Clients in understanding the requirements) Coordinating with clients and candidates, understanding the requirements of clients and candidates to make a match between the client requirements and candidates potential.
