- Also held the additional charge of Head (Projects and Accreditation) Member of the NBA committee to look after the NBA (National Board of Accreditation) Accreditation process. As Head (Projects and Accreditation) the Dewan VS Institute of Engineering and Technology, Meerut become Nodal Center of Virtual Labs designated by IIT Delhi with an objective of the Virtual Labs to offer remote-access to Labs in different branches of Science and Engineering and to help the students in studying basic and advanced concepts through remote experimentation. As Head (Projects and Accreditation) the Dewan VS Institute of Engineering and Technology, Meerut participated in National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF) for ranking in the year 2020 for the very first time since its inception, a methodology adopted by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, to rank institutions of higher education in India, using several parameters for ranking purposes like resources, research, and stakeholder perception. As Head (Projects and Accreditation), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between Dewan VS Institute of Engineering and Technology and M/s Dayal Spun Pipes Pvt. Ltd., Meerut under institute-industry partnership for arranging industrial visits, industrial trainings and expert lectures for Engineering students. Also working as Convener IQAC to ensure quality culture as the prime concern for the Higher Education Institutions through institutionalizing and internalizing all the initiatives taken with internal and external support. As Head (Projects and Accreditation) the Dewan VS Group of Institutions became the non funded partner (Firstly applied for a funded partner in the tune of Rs. 2cr.) with NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) in seven sectors in year 2020-21 because skill development is a vital tool to empower students, to safeguard their future, for leading the competitive advantage, to enhance the skills of the students for employability.

- Member of the UGC inspection team to prepare them for the UGC inspection as per the guidelines. Designed and developed the guidelines for the Ph.D. (Computer Science) as per UGC guidelines, conducted course work and successfully conducted RDC for the research scholars at IIMT University Meerut (U.P.). SEO Content writer, writing different blogs, articles and classifieds to increase the rating of website so that it is more visible to stake holders visiting on internet for IIMT University Meerut (U.P.). Working as a Proctor, IIMT University, Meerut (U.P.) India from September, 2017. Head Examiner, Computer Science, IIMT University Meerut (U.P.), India for two years i.e. four semesters to see the process of evaluation of answer sheets as per the norms of university. ERP coordinator for College of computer science and applications, IIMT University Meerut (U.P.), India from Sep. 2017 to June 2019 to manage and suggest changes in different departments like examination, purchase, academics etc.

- As director formed different cells like Quality Improvement Programs (QIP) Cell , Institutional Social Responsibility (ISR) Cell and Institute-Industry-Partnership (IIP) Cell to enhance the academic, research and extra-curricular qualities of the faculty members by arranging for FDPs, skill development programs, workshops, conferences and designing of an ecosystem to foster the research environment in the institute. Trained and motivated the faculty members to provide academic atmosphere to the students by forming guidelines for preparation of projects, submission of assignments, conduction of practicals and their assessment etc.

Responsibilities included preparation of course curriculum of different colleges and take them as agenda items for Board of studies (BOS) and then passed through Academic Council (AC) and Board of Management (BOM). Preparation of guidelines for online and offline submission of assignment and quizzes, see the conduction of practical and their assessment, formation and implementation of time table in word as well as in spirits, forming guidelines for preparation of minor and major projects. The responsibilities include conduction of mid semester and final semester written examination as well as practical examination, preparation of date sheet, conduction of examination, checking of answer sheets through internal as well as the external faculty, uploading of marks through ERP and declaration of result. Prepared a team to conduct the examination and later on become observer to see the guidelines are followed. Member of the committee for preparation for NAAC inspection at college level. Prepared and brought different computer courses from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla and UGC. Sports in-charge for preparing the teams of football and boxing for inter university games. Worked as Centre Superintendent for conducting annual examination for the session 2006-2007, 2008-2009 at Government College, Chintpurni, Himachal Pradesh. Provided 100% result and seven university positions in first 10 positions for one class i.e. BCA 2nd and BCA 3rd year which is still a record in Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla.
