Dr. Raja is a highly accomplished academic with over 22 years of experience in teaching and administration. His career spans significant roles including Asst. Professor & HOD at Vivekanandha College of Arts and Sciences, where he led the Computer Science department and supervised numerous M.Phil. candidates. Currently serving as Professor and Registrar at University of Technology and Applied Sciences - Ibri, Oman, he oversees the IT department, focusing on enhancing student learning through innovative methodologies. - University of Technology and Applied sciences-Ibri is one of the largest Universities in Oman. Before it was functioning with the name of Ibri College of Technology under Ministry of Higher Education in Sultanate of Oman with its current population 3200 students are studying under various programs. This University accepted its first intake in September of 2007. As a Associate Professor Cum Registrar of IT Department, I am doing the following activities: 1. Providing better education to the students through effective teaching methodologies by using smart boards and other available online resources. 2. Being a Registrar of IT Department, Preparing the Department Projection Plan, Resource requirement report and taking care of the Student Registration. 3. Conducting Orientation programs for the new Students and Advisors.
