  • ●Led the comprehensive delivery of physical infrastructure components for over 100 Data Center (DC) BOMs (e.g. Long LeadEquipment (LLE), Shell and Data Hall) within PLM and collaborated daily with specialized teams—including Design Engineering,Capacity Planners, BOM Builders, and DC Build teams—to ensure timely delivery of new DC BOMs without capacity constraints. ●Led and streamlined the Data center deviation process globally for blocked rack orders through Supply Chain Operating System,which lead to a reduction by 50% for Purchase Request to Purchase Order conversion time for blocked rack orders. ●Led the efforts to migrate Power & Cooling (PAC) asset location data to Oracle PLM from legacy tool for 530 sites globally, whichimproved asset validation (by operation engineers) by 98%. ●Led the process improvement for Data Center Design Limitations (structural/site upgrade) with engineering team and Colo vendors, toimprove efficiency of landing high density EC2/S3 racks to compatible positions and minimize stranded power at the Data center,which lead to a reduction of 86% low-density rack landings globally, equivalent to 48MM cost savings. ●Streamlined the Data Center attribute intake process globally for new sites in PLM to support automated fulfillment process, whichimproved on-time creation performance from 80% to 95% and improved Service Level Agreement (SLA) from 4 weeks to 2 weeks. ●Implemented weekly program reviews for 9 projects, proactively identifying and mitigating over 30 risks.
