- Responsible for overall administration of management program. Conduct of MDPS. Delivering lectures on Soft Skills (Communication, Leadership etc) Marketing, HR, and Finance subjects. - Over all in charge of the Bank. Merger of all 7 District Central Cooperative Banks with State Cooperative Bank- Obtained approval from RBI,NABARD,and State Govt. and merged all 8 entities successfully. Started process flow for all operations-Established process flow and operations hub for deposits loans, and day to day operations. 4,Creation of Manuals and policiesCredit manual, Deposit manual, HR manual, ALM and Risk Policy.KYC Policy,etc were prepared and approved by board. Tie up with third parties for revenue generation-Agreements were signed with Life, General and Health Insurance companies and significant revenue was generated by the bank by selling third party products. Revamp of Audit and inspection process-Periodicity and TAT for attending Audit and Inspection were redefined and was made more effective. Creation of NPA Recovery Cell-A cell at ho was created for NPA there was significant recovery. Formation of Marketing team-A team at HO and ROS and Branches were formed and training for sales and marketing activities were imparted to them thus yielded wonderful results in assets as well as liabilities. Established Project Monitoring Unit-PMU was formed with technical experts for launching all technical products like micro ATM, Mobile Banking, ATMS, Net Banking, launching of Fish Credit card etc. Sanctioned all type of loans-Corporate and Retail business of the bank grew significantly. Liasoning with Regulators, State Govt.- Successfully obtained all approvals from regulators and capital infusion from state govt.
