Joined as Principal of B.J.S. Rampuria Jain College, Bikaner in March 2016. Teaching Business Management subjects to UG and PG students along with guiding research work. Administrative duties include strategic and policy initiatives, routine administration, shaping a vision of academic success for all students, creating a climate hospitable to education, cultivating leadership in others, managing people, data and processes.
Head /Asst. Prof. in Department of commerce at S.G.I., Sikar (Raj)
Worked as the Coordinator and Head (2004-05) of the Department, running courses of MBA and MCA. The main responsibilities were strategic decision making, management of routine activities at the department, recruitment of faculty, AICTE and University coordination etc. along with teaching Marketing and allied subjects. Other activities inherent with the job included Industry-Institute Cell coordination and Central Stores Management at Government Engineering College, Bikaner

Worked with the Institute for three academic sessions with the prime responsibility of delivering lectures and enabling students to learn, conceptualize and understand concepts of subjects related to Management. Other responsibilities included training the students on Presentation and Communication Skills, Industry Visits, Analyzing corporate situation etc. Student industry placement, administration and managing the computer lab were also a part of the routine activities.
