Dr. P. Sheeba Rani is an Assistant Professor in Management at Narayana Engineering College with a Ph.D. in Commerce from Vikrama Simhapuri University. Her research focuses on institutional finance and rural artisans, particularly handloom weavers. She holds a Master's in Banking & Finance and a Bachelor's in Commerce. Dr. Sheeba has received the UGC Maulana Azad National Fellowship and has published several papers on financial assistance and socio-economic aspects of handloom weavers. She has participated in numerous conferences and workshops, specializing in Banking, Finance, Management, and Research Methodology. She is proficient in MS Office and SPSS and is fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
