P. Rajini

Dr. P. Rajini is an accomplished Associate Professor and Head of the Post Graduate and Research Department of Commerce at Rathnavel Subramaniam College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore. With 23 years of extensive teaching experience in Commerce, specializing in Finance, Marketing, and Human Resource Management, Dr. Rajini has made significant contributions to academia. Her expertise is underscored by a Ph.D. in Marketing and numerous publications in reputed journals. She has secured substantial UGC funding for research and actively guides M.Phil and Ph.D. scholars. Recognized with Faculty Excellence Awards, Dr. Rajini continues to excel in her academic career, fostering innovation and research in her field. A Rank Holder in M.Com during 1996. Having 23 years of teaching experience in the field of Commerce with specialization of Finance, Marketing and Human Resource Management. Currently in the post of Head, Post Graduate and Research Department of Commerce. Coordinator for Women Welfare Cell and for the Research Programmes at the College level. Obtained Faculty Excellence Award during 2008 and 2009. Obtained Rs. 6,30,000 funded by the UGC towards the major project on “A Study on the Factors Influencing the Demand for Ayurvedic Treatment in the Urban Areas of Coimbatore. Guiding M.Phil and Ph. D scholars in the areas of research. Presented papers at National and International Seminars, Workshops and Conferences. Published articles in UGC journals and Scopus journals. Completed NPTEL Certification courses on Services Marketing – A Practical Approach and Financial Statement Analysis and Reporting. Acting as a member in Board of Studies for Commerce disciplines at other Colleges.
