General manager at National Council for cement and Building materials, looking after Environment Research and management, and Centre for continuing education functions. Programme- Leader of Environment Research and Training Courses at NCB. Scientific advisor to under the patents act, 1970. Empaneled faculty with National Building Construction Company (NBCC), Institute of Airport Authority (IAA), NUVOCO, Dalmia cement Bharat Ltd, cement industry regional training center, Nimbahera etc. One patent, twenty-five research papers, more than hundred industrial projects, above hundred engineering students project supervision, ten MBA students project supervision, to credit.

Power Vigilance Committee
In plants, I have been associated with power vigilance committee and controlled the wastage of services power.
Leakages Control
Stopping leakages in air circuit has reduced fan load considerably and resulted in power saving.
Optimum Use of Fans
Use of fans has been optimized through proper speed controls and damper utilization. First fan dampers are utilized up to maximum limit and only after that fans speed have been changed.
Air Balance Studies in Plants
In cement plant there is lot of air handling. I have carried out air balancing studies in plants and optimized the air volume handling level. This has reduced power consumption considerably.
Power Consumption Management
I have been associated with daily monitoring of power consumption by plant equipments and comparing it with total power intake. It has helped to control and reduce undesired transmission losses of power.
Implementation of Energy Efficiency Programmed in Cement Industry
I have been associated with Cement industry since last thirty four years. My contributions to Energy Efficiency programme are as following.

Involved in Waste Utilizations (Rice and Husk etc), raw mix design and burnability studies including studies of fluxes & mineralizes, Environment studies, Technical course design, etc.

Associated with White Cement Production and Product Developments in M/s ACC Ltd.

Involved in preparation of ISO 9002 series documentation at M/s CCI. Nayagaon, M.P.
Heat balance, material balance and raw mix design studies for 1 Million Tones plant at M/s ACC Ltd, Gagal and M/s CCI, Nayagaon, M.P.
