Client : Roads and Buildings(R& B) Department, Government of Gujarat. Responsibilities : Involved in project co -ordination and keep watch on execution for the construction of all kind of civil works. Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site/facilities in order to meet an agreed Programmed of Deadlines. Work Instructed & Monitor as per the Quality Norms. Supervise and monitor the site activities force through foreman, monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction. Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensure that regulations are adhered too. Inspecting project sites to monitor progress. Supervise and ensure prop er maintenance of materials in term of Saving Cost.

Client : Amul Dairy, Anand. Responsibilities : Site inspection which includes structure work, safety work, etc. Planning & Project coordinating to complete the Project in the Schedule time. Prepare periodical reports on the progress of work. Coordinates with client. Oversee the selection and requisition of materials for use in the construction / maintenance, to check whether the materials are as specified.
