Work Description:
1. Ph.D. Guide eight student are pursuing Ph D under my supervision at Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University since August 2021.
2. Editor-in-Chief of the University Journal Named MAHGU International Journal of Humanities and Science at Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University since August 2021,
3. Professor in Department of Management at Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University since August 2021, I have been actively involved in various academic and administrative roles at the university.
4. As a Professor, I have been teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Mathematics, Data Interpretation, and Reasoning. I am passionate about delivering high-quality education to my students and have received positive feedback from them regarding my teaching methodology. Along with teaching, I have also been involved in the development of the course curriculum and assessment processes.
5. In my role as Editor-in-Chief of the University Journal, I have been responsible for overseeing the publication process, ensuring that all published work meets the high academic standards of the journal. This involves soliciting submissions, managing the peer-review process, and collaborating with authors to revise and finalize their work. As an academic, I have also contributed to the journal by publishing my own research and working with other scholars to publish quality research.
6. As a Ph.D. Guide, I have been advising and mentoring doctoral students in their research work. This includes helping students develop their research questions, designing research methodology, analyzing data, and guiding them towards completing their theses. I have also been involved in organizing workshops and seminars for Ph.D. students, providing them with opportunities to present their work and receive feedback.
