- products. Analyze test results to provide the cell limits that optimize performance and reliability. Own cell-level test specifications and test plans to characterize cell properties needed for cell control algorithms. Coordinate cell tests by allocating resources (test channels, equipment, people) to meet the project deadlines. Led the effort in commissioning a new $1.5 Million R&D cell testing lab with almost 4000 channels testing capability. Collaborated with multiple teams like facilities team, data team, equipment development team and cell or validation engineering teams to bring up the lab to meet the testing demands. Manage and maintain equipment calibration and scheduling periodic calibrations to ensure quality of test results. Worked on projects in collaboration with equipment design team to develop and improve testing equipment to meet requirements and reduce technician process time. Worked with software data team to develop new tools to track testing progress, testing channel utilizations and data visualization tools. Weekly reporting and reviewing of test status, equipment utilizations, issues, and forecasting. Perform root cause analysis by analyzing CT images and dimensions using various measurement tools. Qualify and validate new equipment to meet the test requirements. Working on a project to quantify the equipment issues to reduce the channels downtime.
