I possess acumen in commercial aspect of Academic Management. I have established one MBA College at Pune from concept till Operation including inspection by AICTE, University of Pune in 2009. Levels of work Experience:-18 years as Commissioned Officer in Air Force, 11 years in Industry at Senior Managerial Level. Teaching experience:- 15 years including Engineers, Executive MBA and regular MBA students. 8 years as Director of MBA Colleges and 2 years as Director in UG College encompassing 4 streams of Degree courses. I have been selected as one among 100 most influential Directors (Academics) of 2016 in India by World Education Congress .

University under NCT of Delhi) for four courses of studies i.e. BBA (General), B.Com (Honours), BCA, BJMC, consisting of approximately1500 students in two shifts system. I have written Wikipedia content for the College. I possess good Managerial, Financial and Technical knowledge which is additional attribute to run self-financed Institute efficiently. I formed up a Placement Cell, which achieved success by three fold in the placement of students. I got even stipend paid by the Companies for the students of our Institute for undergoing Summer Training. Took over the command of functioning of the newly affiliated College from the day one with faculty consisting of 2-4 years of teaching experience. Under my guidance and able leadership brought up academic level of the first batch of students to the extent, that out of 112 students in Term End University Examination, 33 students scored Distinction, 62 scored First division. I am a good team leader, motivator and go-getter. I had been teaching Operations Management, Operations Research to MBA students. I maintained good rapport with IP University Officials.
