Coordinator for arrangements and scheduling programs on Nurses Day, World Health Day, Nutrition Week, Breast Feeding Week, like Intensified Pulse Polio Program etc., Guide for thesis and projects of above-mentioned academic programs. Supervisor for the Rural Health Center in Community, Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Paramedical Sciences Part of 600 bed Sri Ramakrishna Hospital, Coimbatore. Supervisor for students in Primary Health Center in Community setting. Involved in curriculum planning, implementation and evaluation. Regular Question paper setter in the University and college level. Performed comprehensive health assessment on patient and family. Developed care plans using nursing diagnosis. Collected data and managed admissions, evaluations, treatment plans, and treatment. Established realistic patient-care goals, with measurable outcomes. Provided excellent nursing service in homes and in other community affiliations. Re-evaluated patient's status and changed services. Dispensed medications and administered vaccines from the formulary as defined in the Standardized Procedures. Monitored patient progress and provided follow-up services.
