I am an Assistant Professor in Physical Education with a Ph.D. and UGC-NET(JRF) qualification. I have experience as an Assistant Teacher and currently hold my professorship at Seva Bharati Mahavidyalaya. My academic background includes a B.P.Ed (Gold Medalist) and M.P.Ed (Silver Medalist) from the University of Kalyani, along with Masters in Psychology and a Diploma in Sports Psychology. I have also organized international conferences and seminars, and served as a team official for Khelo India Youth Games.

- Served as Convener, Criterion VII for the NAAC Assessment. Functioned as MoU Coordinator. Served as Support Staff for the West Bengal Men’s and Women’s Volleyball Teams during the Khelo India Youth Games 2025. Successfully organized an International Conference on “Innovation and Integration of Sports Science in Performance Sports”, serving as Organizing Secretary. Successfully organized an International Seminar on “Challenges and Trends in the Development of Physical Education and Sports During the COVID-19 Pandemic”, serving as Organizing Joint Secretary. Organized a Three-Day State-Level Workshop on Softball Coaching at Digha, West Bengal, serving as Convener. Organized and coordinated a 100-week National-Level Virtual Lecture Series titled “ALAPAN: A New Horizon of Physical Education in the 21st Century”. Designed the curriculum for a Certificate Course on Fundamental Teaching and Advanced Learning in Kho-Kho. Developed the curriculum for a Certificate Course on Stress Management and Relaxation for Academic Students. Served as Team Official for the West Bengal Kho-Kho Team at the Khelo India Youth Games 2021. Acted as Course Coordinator for the B.P.Ed. Programme during the 2022–2024 academic session. Served as External Examiner for B.P.Ed. Semester-End Examinations at various institutions.
