Dr. Deepa

I am Dr. Deepa Sehrawat, an Assistant Professor and Research Guide at Career Point University, Kota, with a strong passion for education, research, and literature. A Gold Medalist in M.A. English, I earned my Ph.D. in English Literature from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan, where I explored themes of alienation and identity in the works of iconic authors such as Salinger, Lee, Lerner, and Saunders. With over eight years of experience in academia, I specialize in Modern American Literature, Alienation Studies, and the intersection of technology and literature. My scholarly contributions include 8 research articles, 6 book chapters, and 4 books (2 authored, 2 co-authored). I am also actively involved in editorial work, serving on the boards of several renowned journals. Beyond academia, I am a certified IELTS trainer and freelance editor, working with institutions like Ufaber and Brainaura. My commitment to lifelong learning is reflected in the certifications I’ve earned from institutions like Harvard University and my participation in numerous faculty development programs and international conferences.
