- Develop Presentations and Reports as requested by the president and executive council. Work closely with the President and all Regional Deputy Presidents to achieve the goals and objectives of the chamber. Plan and Organize AGM, Meetings, Trade Fairs, Trade Exhibitions, Seminars and any events that the Chamber is having and/or hosting. Follow through on items/tasks as directed. Keep an updated file of current members as well as keep the contacts current in the email account. Keep a permanent record of all board meetings (including financial files) and prepare all board members' books with an agenda, meeting minutes, financial files, and correspondence. Etc. Send out Membership Invoices for Renewal before the due date. When a member renews their membership, send out a thank you email. Respond to all emails. Follow through on items/tasks as directed.
