Check and Control the lapsed policies and calling for the necessary requirements for their revival. Compliance with financial guidelines and maintaining strict process control over the branch. Maintaining Branch ledgers, sub-ledgers, Trail Balance, BRS. Training new coordinators to help them with hands on experience with the process. Preparing all monthly accounts statements of the Branch office. Settlement of the Commission Bills, Special Bills and other Bonus related Commission Bills of the agents.
