Have extensive experience in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, Gen AI LLM’s, Optimization Algorithms, Executive reporting/strategy analytics, A/B Testing / Synthetic Control Experiments/Causal Inference Analysis and in building ML pipelines (ML Ops) for continuous inference.

- Lead and manage a team of 7 machine learning engineers and data scientists that support last mile delivery (LMD) and fulfillment engine services (FES) Created vision, roadmap for mitigating Fraud and cyber security at Shipt for Fiscal Year 23/24 Build services/ tools and guide Product and Engineering to align on the incremental benefit by employing data science initiatives that monitors and mitigates fraud. Successfully implemented 3 machine learning initiatives within an year that helped reduce the Swipe Fraud at Shipt from $11 Mi (CY 2023) to $900 K ( YTD 2024) Shopper ATO (Account Takeover) Model, Phishing model, Driver Risk Scores, BOT Detection Help promote a Senior DS (data scientist) to a Principal DS, Senior DS to Senior MLE - by setting clear goals and expectations and creating charter for career growth. Drive the enhancements of Offering V2 engine at Shipt (IC Project - I am the owner) Offering is a Tier 1 service at shipt - Routing 20 Million orders/yearly via 30,000 Drivers Advanced Drop Off Prediction model - that improves the Flight Plan Estimates by 10% - A savings of $14 Million/year. Worked with product/operations/legal to implement this change. A 15% decrease in claim drop rate, a 6% improvement in the delivery yield metrics. Influenced and established long term strategy around future offering by conducting robust offline analysis and experiments for FY 2025.
