I am a dedicated academic and legal professional with over nine years of combined teaching and industry experience. Currently, serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Law and Public Policy, Avantika University, where I passionately impart knowledge in Constitutional Law, Legal and Constitutional History, The Indian Contract Act, Legal Methods, Public Administration and International Relations. With a robust background of five years in academia and four years in the legal industry, which helps in combining theoretical expertise with practical insights to provide a holistic learning experience for my students. Apart from my contributions in academics, also gearing up at research fronts, got multiple research papers published and in process of publication in National and International reputed journals, presented scores of research paper at various international and national Conferences, Seminar and Webinars etc. I am known for my meticulous approach to curriculum design and my ability to simplify complex legal concepts. My expertise spans a range of subjects, including Constitutional Law, Legislative Drafting, International Relations, and Intellectual Property Rights. I am actively involved in preparing comprehensive study materials that emphasize critical thinking, problem-solving, and the application of law in real-world scenarios. In addition to academic responsibilities, I am a skilled Corporate Attorney specializing in contract and agreement drafting, public law, international law, and immigration law. Also serves as a legal consultant in Intellectual Property Rights, advising on copyright, trademark, and patent matters. I also participated in community outreach initiatives, including legal aid drives, where we contributed to raising awareness about legal rights and environmental responsibilities. I am also actively authoring a book titled Law and Diplomacy: An Interdisciplinary Perspective, which delves into the interplay between legal principles and international relations theories in shaping global governance. My multifaceted career reflects my commitment to advancing legal education and my dedication to fostering an environment where students are encouraged to explore, analyze, and innovate.
