Experimental Investigation of Solar Hydrogen Production
Hydrogen, a renewable source of energy , is highly efficient and eco-friendly. This study investigates the possibility of producing hydrogen only from solar energy. Solar parabolic trough collectors are employed to heat up brine water. Electricity supplied by the solar panels electrolyzes the brine solution. The pollution -free hydrogen gas, thus produced, is collected by tapping arrangement.
Structure and Stability of Syngas Laminar Micro-Jet Diffusion F lames
Micro -diffusion flames can be used as a point heat source in micro - combustors. This study investigate s the stability, thermal and chemical structure of syngas micro -diffusion flames .
Three dimensional simulations of circular and slot burner microjet hydrogen diffusion flames
In this work, microjet hydrogen diffusion flames stabilized on circular as well as slot burner having different port dimensions are numerically investigated. The effect of burner port geometry upon the flame characteristics as well as flame structure is s tudied keeping the fuel flow rate constant.
Numerical investigation of microjet hydrogen diffusion flames near extinction
The present study numerically (CFD) investigates the effect of change in burner wall material s (Aluminum, Steel and Quartz) on hydrogen diffusion flame characteristics near ext inction. Thermal radiation effects are also included .
