It was a HR Fest - JinZai. It was an Enter-college fest. Students registered for different HR/OB related events and Competitions. Had Industry experts address the audience. I headed the Budget and Registration and the Guests Selection/ Recommendation committee.

Participated in the Scientific Committee and reviewed abstracts and Articles.
ASIA PLAT
It was an International Conference held by the School of Psychological Sciences, Christ University, jointly by the Society for the Teaching of Psychology (STP), Division 2 of the American Psychology Association (APA), and the International Council of Psychology Educators Incorporated (ICOPE Inc).
I presented a research paper - "Experiential Learning: Benefits, Challenges, and Pedagogical Insights for Students’ performance at workplace" and is being accepted to be published in April, 2026.
