Anusha Atluri is an accomplished Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Lead/Architect with 11 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and technical development. Her expertise spans multiple HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Profile Management, and Compensation. She has played a pivotal role in integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud with third-party systems like ADP and ERI through OIC integrations and data migration using HDL and FBDI. Anusha's technical skills include Oracle HCM Data Loader, ADF applications, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI reporting, REST API integrations, and custom application development using VBCS and JCS.
