Prepare reports, performance appraisal, staffing, motivation and performance counseling. Management of inventory, financial grants, item purchasing and asset portfolio management. Computer based office automation and operation.

Instructor in IAF for more than 6 years. Selected for overseas training course and conducted training sessions for multiple groups across India.
