Presently teaching General English ,communication skills and Gender Studies to graduate students at UILS department in Chandigarh university. Job Responsibilities : In 5 Years of teaching experience have taught 1) Phonetics to improve students writing, speaking skills and to improve their pronunciation, dialect and accent. 2) Communication skills as a subject is being taught to the Engineering and B.A students, where I teach them English Grammar and work on students vocabulary, presentation skills, interview skills, formal/ informal etiquette and manners, also organize lab activities like Group Discussions ,JAM sessions and Extempore for confidence building . 3)Grammar: have taught grammar introduced in the curriculum for graduate level, consisted of Parts of Speech, Tenses ,Concord, Narration, reported speech 4) Have taught Short stories, plays from Indian literature and British literature.

Curriculum design: have been actively involved in designing the syllabus and modules for undergraduate and postgraduate board of studies, as a part of the department also designed English Proficiency course for my department. 2) Work Shops: Designed and Conducted Faculty development programme for Faculty members at Chandigarh University, 2015 where special training modules were prepared for the young professionals, making them proficient in the course which is introduced in the university for the students. 3) Organized various Seminars, Guest lectures and National Conferences for the students by personally taking the responsibility of inviting the guests, guest speakers along with stage management, coordination of the function and Anchoring at UILS. 4) Writing technical reports; for the activities and functions being conducted in the university, drafting messages as well as content for the university magazine, brochure and student hand booklet. 5) Taking Mentoring Sessions, Where have motivated the students, helped them in analyzing their goals, dealing with students personal problems, queries related to their personal life, solving issues and trifle arguments with friends as well as with faulty members and management. 6) Prepared question papers for the university, and performed duties as an external examiner, invigilator along with evaluation of the final paper. 7) Did stage management and anchoring during University Prize distribution, Annual function and Cultural, Technical fests 8) Held Event Management, combined with student programs with the vision to adapt to new opportunities 9)Admissions: have helped university in admission process by getting admissions and doing student counselling.
