- I had been employed at Mekelle University, College of Business and Economics in my stay in the college I am offering various courses for undergraduate and postgraduate students in regular, evening and summer program , I taught courses such as Financial Management, Risk Management, Health and life insurance, Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, Operation/Production Management, Mathematics for Management , Marketing Research and Business Statistics for undergraduate regular, evening and summer program . I had prepared quantitative methods entrance exam for postgraduate program and exams for job requirement of companies found in Mekelle. I taught the course Commodity Derivative Marketing for postgraduate program and I had supervised (advised) and evaluate several under and postgraduate thesis works . In addition to this I had been serving as team leader, ad -hock committee for scholarship and promotion; benefit committee, member of Departmental Graduating Committee (DGC) and College Council (CC) . I have been involved in research projects funded by the recurrent budget. And Provide community services for Mekelle dwellers on different issues on fees and non -fees bases and involved in extra curricula activities of the communities.
