A New change detection alGORITHM FOR VISUal survillance system

Intelligent video surveillance systems deal with the real-time monitoring of persistent and transient objects within a specific environment. An automated video surveillance and alarming system provides surveillance and alerts the security guard of any undesired activity via his cell phone. It would be a promising replacement of traditional human video surveillance system. It provides a high degree of security.

CATEGORIZATION OF NON-MELANOMA SKIN LESION DISEASES USING SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE AND ITS VARIANTS

The categorization of non melanoma skin lesion disease is carried out by implementing a powerful pattern classification technique namely Support Vector Machine. Five types of skin lesion diseases are considered in this work and totally 500 images have been collected from database. Various tasks involved in creating the classification model are preprocessing, feature extraction, building models through training and testing the classifier.
