Zeitschrift für Pädagogische Psychologie (ZPP)
Journal Descriptions
The Journal of Educational Psychology removes the traditional boundaries between educational psychology and other psychological sub-areas and uses their findings for a broader understanding of educational psychology. It sees itself as an integrating framework for all efforts that contribute to a better description and prediction as well as a deeper understanding and optimization of the development, education and teaching processes of individuals and groups. In this way, the Journal of Educational Psychology does justice to the increasing importance of educational psychology as an application-oriented discipline for the socialization and coping with life of learners of all ages in an increasingly complex environment. The journal publishes articles from the entire field of educational psychology: traditional and meta-analytical reviews of educational psychology research results, research methods and research programs; theoretical treatises; empirical original works (experimental studies and empirical field studies); short articles; international perspectives; evaluative reviews; news. All submitted articles are subject to an anonymous peer review process.
