The Journal of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy addresses the scientific challenges and clinical tasks of the field by representing the transfer, growth and generation of knowledge in the German-speaking world. In addition, the journal supports the exchange of information among scientists and the dialogue with clinics and practicing physicians, thus representing an important forum for discussion. Another central concern is the promotion of young scientists. Original articles, overviews and issues on current key topics are published regularly. The following sections are published at irregular intervals: Professional discussion forums and professional policy statements Reviews of new monographs and a list of new works from international periodicals case studies Contributions to Therapy and Therapy Evaluation
