Journal Descriptions

World Transactions on Engineering and Technology Education is an international peer-reviewed journal dedicated to engineering education, technology training, and innovation in teaching methodologies. Established in 2009 by the UNESCO International Centre for Engineering Education (UICEE) at Monash University, Australia, the journal focuses on improving the quality and effectiveness of engineering and technology education worldwide. It publishes research articles, case studies, and educational reviews covering curriculum development, teaching strategies, e-learning technologies, competency-based education, accreditation systems, and industry–academia collaboration. The journal also explores global trends in engineering pedagogy, including digital learning tools, outcome-based education frameworks, and skills development for modern engineering graduates. A key objective of the journal is to promote international cooperation in engineering education and to support capacity building in developing countries. It serves as a platform for educators, researchers, and academic institutions to share best practices and innovative approaches in science, engineering, and technology training.
