VISIÓN EMPRESARIAL is a specialized, peer-reviewed scientific journal published by Universidad de Boyacá’s Faculty of Administrative and Accountancy Sciences, Colombia. The journal is dedicated to advancing research in administrative sciences, finance, accounting, international business, and strategic management. Its primary objective is to serve as a forum for scholarly communication among academic researchers, professionals, graduate and undergraduate students, consultants, and those interested in contemporary business and economic issues across Colombia and Spanish-speaking countries, though English-language articles are also accepted. Articles accepted in the journal are typically original research, theoretical and methodological advancements, and critical essays addressing competitiveness, business innovation, entrepreneurship, structural and sectoral studies, strategic management, international business, finance, accounting, project management, and other contemporary topics of organizational interest. The publication maintains rigorous scientific and academic standards through a robust editorial process: manuscripts are initially checked by the editorial committee for fit and compliance, followed by double-blind peer review by subject matter experts. Reviewers can recommend acceptance, acceptance with modifications, or rejection; the editorial committee oversees final decisions in case of split peer reviews.
