Education & Learning strives to provide a forum for scientific discussions in areas of knowledge such as pedagogical work, didactics, pedagogy and educational science and addresses issues within different pedagogical practices. It is aimed at active researchers and school actors in different school forms and educational activities, as well as teachers and students at colleges and universities. The scientific journal Education & Learning is intended to be a forum for scientific discussions in areas of knowledge such as pedagogical work, didactics, pedagogy and educational science, and the journal addresses issues within different pedagogical practices. The purpose of the journal is to: contribute to educational activities and to the development of the specified research and knowledge area, give rise to idea-generating, innovative and creative development and renewal of various types of educational projects in education and research, contribute to increased professional development for prospective and active teachers as well as for other professional groups Education & Learning was created in the fall of 2005 at the University of Skövde. In 2018, the hosting of the journal was moved from the University of Skövde to Dalarna University. At Dalarna University, the ambition is to further manage and develop the important initiative that the employees at the University of Skövde once took.
