Transactions of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering (TCSAE)

Transactions of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering (Transactions of the CSAE) was founded in 1985 and has been a national academic journal supervised by the China Association for Science and Technology and sponsored by the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering. Over 40 years of innovative development, it has become the most internationally influential academic journal in the field of agricultural engineering. The journal mainly reports innovative fundamental theoretical research and outstanding scientific research achievements in agricultural engineering and related interdisciplinary fields. It is indexed in numerous authoritative domestic and international databases, including EI Compendex, Scopus, CA, CSA, CAB Abstracts, and CSCD, and is recognized as a core Chinese journal. Its impact factor, sum of times cited, and various comprehensive evaluation indicators rank first among agricultural journals in China. The World Journal Clout Index (WJCI) places it in the first quartile (Q1) of the agricultural engineering discipline in China. It has been selected as one of “China's Top 100 Newspapers”, “China's Most Internationally Influential Academic Journals”, “Top 100 Outstanding Chinese Academic Journals ”, “High-Quality Chinese Science and Technology Journals ”, “RCCSE Most Authoritative Chinese Academic Journals ”, and “Top 100 Most Digitally Influential Science and Technology Journals ”. Since 2024, the journal has received a five-year fund supported by the “Excellence Action Plan Phase II Project for Chinese Science and Technology Journals” as a leading journal in Chinese. It was also included in the top tier (T1) of the high-quality science and technology journal grading directory in the fields of “Agricultural Engineering” and “Remote Sensing Science and Technology ”.
