Tidsskrift for velferdsforskning (TFV)

Norwegian Journal of Welfare Research (Tidsskrift for velferdsforskning) is an open-access scholarly journal. As such, it is freely available online and published only in digital format. All articles are published under the following Creative Commons license: CC BY 4.0. The journal disseminates research results relevant to the scientific development and for the public debate on welfare issues. The articles range thematically from comparative, normative and historical analyses of the welfare state, to the study of living conditions and quality of life, social security, health, and social services. The journal is a multi-disciplinary peer reviewed research journal on level 1 in the Norwegian publication indicator. It is a supplement to the disciplinary-based journals and a well-established publication channel for a large multi-disciplinary research area. The journal contains scientific original works, commentaries and book reviews. Norwegian Journal of Welfare Research was established in 1998 and publishes four volumes per year.
