Tidsskrift for forretningsjus (Norwegian Journal of Commercial Law) is a well-established and practically oriented business legal journal. The journal concentrates on practical business legal issues, but also helps to put more principled jurisprudential problems related to business and administration under debate. The journal is aimed at lawyers and jurists who work with business law, and others in business and public administration. The journal publishes primarily in Norwegian, but contributions in Swedish, Danish or English with relevance to the journal's catchment area will also be considered.
