Tidsskrift for erstatningsrett, forsikringsrett og trygderett (TEFT)

The journal was established in 2004 as Tidsskrift for Erstatningsrett. The title was changed to Tidsskrift for erstatningsrett, forsikringsrett og velferdsrett in 2010. From 2016, the title is Tidsskrift for erstatningsrett, forsikringsrett og trygderett. The journal is a specialized journal for the three legal topics (tort law, insurance law, and social security law), all of which concern compensation schemes for various kinds of damage, and which overlap in several aspects both in regard to practical and principal issues. The journal publishes articles at a high academic level, including discussions of new judgements and legislation, as well as book reviews. In this way, the journal keeps its readers informed about the legal developments within tort law, insurance law, and social security law.
