Journal of Gender Studies (TGV) is one of the oldest and largest peer-reviewed journals in the Nordic region for current interdisciplinary research across the entire field of gender studies. From 2022, the journal will be published digitally with open access. TGV reflects the breadth, originality and international and transnational character of Swedish gender research and centers its intersectional and critical epistemologies. Journal of Gender Studies (TGV) is one of the oldest and largest peer-reviewed journals in the Nordic region for current interdisciplinary research across the entire field of gender studies. From 2022, the journal will be published digitally with open access. TGV reflects the breadth, originality and international and transnational character of Swedish gender research and centers its intersectional and critical epistemologies. The journal constitutes a forum for the national and international development of gender studies and thus also creates an opportunity to discuss and anchor knowledge locally. TGV contributes to creating interfaces between gender studies as a separate subject discipline and as an interdisciplinary research field, and the societal debate in which gender, equality and intersectionality issues have become increasingly prominent. TGV's target group is everyone with an interest in feminist and gender studies research, both within and outside universities.
