Established in 1980, Therapeutic Communities (TC) is the only peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing international findings related to therapeutic communities, therapeutic and enabling environments and related fields. Therapeutic Communities (TC) provides a forum in which those engaged in developing, managing and sustaining therapeutic cultures can publish original research, communicate experiences, consider the effects of political and social policy on their own settings, disseminate ideas, developments and findings, and communicate good practice. The journal publishes papers that critically and creatively engage with ideas drawn from a range of multidisciplinary discourses. Content includes: Original research Reviews Commentaries Case studies Organization studies Opinion and letters. Therapeutic Communities is the international journal of The Consortium for Therapeutic Communities (TCTC).
