The Scandinavian Economic History (TSEH)
Journal Descriptions
The Scandinavian Economic History Review has been published since 1953 by the Scandinavian Society for Economic and Social History. The journal publishes articles and reviews in the fields of economic, business and social history with a particular focus on the Nordic countries and the Baltic region. The journal also publishes contributions from closely related fields, such as demographic and labour history, as well as articles dealing with theoretical and methodological issues. The editors aim to reflect contemporary research, thinking and debate in these fields, within Scandinavia and throughout the world. Authors are therefore expected to place their work within the context of the wider international literature on economic, business and social history. The journal thus comprises a broad variety of aspects and approaches, ranging from macroeconomic history to business history, from quantitative to qualitative studies.
